also the american website went down during my trip.
i think a printed hard copy ticket would be a smart travel tip.
or at least a screen shot.
worked it out at gate but they were having computer problems too
so it took a bit. luckily had a long layover.
had i not been first class i do not think they would have prioritized me the way they did.
even TSA moved me to the front of the line at both airports.
would not have made either flight without this.
also no more checked bags....
