Miserable experience with Budget car rental at TGD (Podgorica) airport (waiting, paperwork, etc). Hotel Santa Boka in Perast. Kotor Old Town - so charming, so many cats. Jerry drove the Kotor Serpentine like a boss. Pedicure and haircut at an all-Russian spa. Maestral Resort & Casino is so nice, we want to go back. Beach, pool, saunas, indoor waterworks. One of our favorite breakfasts. Next time we should add Sveti Stefan, the private island. Same owner as Maestral. One of the prettiest beaches ever.
